History
BMW was officially founded as a public company in 1922, but traces its origins to the pioneering days of German aviation all the way back to 1913. Two of these pioneering men, Karl Rapp and Gustav Otto, are credited by BMW as the "founding fathers". However, the company was actually founded by three men: Josef Popp, Max Friz, and Camillo Castiglioni. As the sales of the Honda Civic Type R increases over the years, Honda was able to market the 3rd generation Honda Civic Type R model on March 30, 2007. For the Japanese market version the Honda Civic Type R now becomes a four door type sedan rather than the old three door version of a hatchback. The Japanese Honda Civic Type R possessed a powerful 225 horsepower and about 8,400 rpm peaking.
